Client Commitments
We trust our clients and value your time and commitment. That’s why we do not require any deposits or reservation fees. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and flexibility is essential. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We prefer rescheduling over cancellations to ensure that you do not miss out on capturing your precious moments.
Payment Terms
We strive to accommodate our clients by offering various payment options:
- Cash payments at the location
- Bank transfers before or after the session
- PayPal transactions for added convenience
- Payment plans can be discussed on an individual basis, as we understand financial flexibility can be crucial.
Cancellation and Weather Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and weather may not always be on our side. If an outdoor session is canceled due to inclement weather, we will work with you to find a new suitable date. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen personal reasons, clients are encouraged to reschedule. No fees will be charged for such rescheduling.
Copyright and Usage Rights
While all images captured remain the property of Pixelbloom Photography, we grant you the right to print copies for personal, non-commercial use. Should you wish to use any images for commercial purposes, please contact us for permission. We pride ourselves on respecting your privacy and will only use images for promotional purposes with your consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are committed to providing the highest quality service and ensuring your session goes smoothly. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as equipment failures or sudden illness. Should such a situation arise, we guarantee a full refund or rescheduling at your convenience.
Privacy and Data Protection
